First-Time Service Requirements & Travel Fee Policy
To ensure you receive the highest quality detailing experience, we have specific requirements for first-time services and travel fees:
First-Time Service: For new customers, we require booking the ‘Gold Package‘ for your first service to ensure thorough cleaning and detailing. If your location is more than 20 miles from our base at zip code 11710, the ‘Gold Package’ will be required. For first-time services over 40 miles away, we require the ‘Platinum Package’ to meet our quality standards.
Travel Fee Policy: We apply travel fees based on the commercial driving distance from our base location, North Bellmore (zip code 11710):
- For locations 20-29 miles away, a travel fee of $19.99 will be added.
- For locations 30 miles or more, a travel fee of $29.99 will apply.
We will confirm any applicable travel fees during the booking process to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
