FinalForm Auto Spa Inc. Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement:
By signing this agreement, the customer authorizes FinalForm Auto Spa Inc. to perform detailing services as outlined in the selected package. The customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Pre-Service Inspection and Approval:
The customer and a technician from FinalForm Auto Spa Inc. will inspect the vehicle before service commencement. The customer must notify the technician of any pre-existing damage or concerns. Any damage caused by our services that cannot be reversed and fixed on the spot will be addressed immediately, and if necessary, insurance will be obtained to cover the damage.

3. Service Completion and Inspection:
Upon completion, the customer is required to inspect the work with the technician. Any issues must be addressed before the technician departs. Refunds may be discussed with management within 24 hours if the work scope was not completed satisfactorily or if the technician missed tasks outlined in the work scope. Photos documenting the concerns are required for refund consideration. Management will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a monetary refund or a complimentary revision of the work by the technician.

4. Payment:
Full payment is due upon completion of services. FinalForm Auto Spa Inc. accepts cash, checks, and approved payment cards.

5. Refund Policy:
Refunds are contingent upon the technician’s adherence to the work scope. If services were performed as outlined but the customer is dissatisfied, refunds may be discussed with management within 24 hours. Any damage caused by our services that cannot be reversed and fixed on the spot will be addressed immediately. Warranties are not provided, but we ensure the durability and effectiveness of the chemicals and processes used.

6. Cancellation Policy:
Customers must provide cancellation or rescheduling notices at least 4 hours in advance via phone call or text to 516-403-2048 or email to FinalFormAutoSpa@gmail.com. A $30 cancellation fee applies if the cancellation notice is less than 4 hours before the scheduled service time. A response from FinalForm Auto Spa Inc. is required to validate cancellation notifications.

7. Dispute Resolution:
Disputes are handled through internal mediation between the client and management. Court proceedings will be pursued only if necessary and in cases that require legal intervention.

8. Service Scope and Limitations:
FinalForm Auto Spa Inc. utilizes detailed pass/fail checklists for each vehicle to ensure all aspects of the work scope are completed. Any additional services requested outside the original work scope will be discussed with the customer and may incur additional fees.

9. Authority to Sign:
Each party confirms their legal authority to enter into this agreement and fulfill the obligations stipulated herein.

10. Termination of Contract:
This contract remains effective until the end date or until terminated earlier by mutual consent or due to a material breach by either party. In case of early termination, the customer is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
